Roller Pole offers something we don’t see every day: a new, creative way to get fit and break away from traditional styles of exercise. Roller Pole combines the artistry of roller skating with the flowing movements of pole dancing. Mainly on spinning poles, the focus is using the wheels of the skates to create beautiful shapes, spin combinations, dynamic floor work and we roller dance! The best part… Roller Pole is accessible to everyone. Regardless of age or fitness level, whether you're a beginner or an experienced poler or skater, you can enjoy this unique experience. If you're not confident on skates, no worries, you have the pole to hold for support. While Roller Pole isn't focused on aerial tricks, you can incorporate them as progressions to add extra "wow" factor. Safety and correct technique are always the focus in class and helping you master skills at your own pace. You literally feel like you're flying with Roller Pole. It's not just a workout; it's a sensation. Something that makes Roller Pole especially special is that lot's of our community are roller skaters or dancers from their childhood and always say they feel that same joy they experienced as a child when they Roller Pole. The energy in a class is full of smiles and roller polers all embrace their own style and personality.
