Terms & Conditions

 

1. GENERAL


1.1. Participants of Roller Pole classes are recommended however not compulsory to be
aged 16 years and over due to the nature and style of Roller Pole.


1.2. All classes are recommended be completed with quad roller skates. Inline skates are
not recommended.


1.3. All classes are recommended to be completed on a spinning pole.


1.4. You attend this activity ‘Roller Pole’ at their own risk. Participants should consider
whether they need insurance coverage in case of any injuries sustained during this
activity. Roller Pole accepts no responsibility for injuries obtained during any Roller
Pole online training classes or workshops and participants are not covered by any
insurance policy.


1.5. It is advised, although not compulsory that you have some experience Pole Dancing
or Quad Roller-Skating prior to learning Roller Pole.


1.6. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Roller
Pole syllabus or any part of the Roller Pole Trademark for commercial purposes.


1.7. Roller Pole reserves the right to make change to these Terms and Conditions from
time to time. Your continued use of the Service will be deemed acceptance of the
updated or amended Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the changes,
please contact us directly at rollerpoleau@gmail.com.


1.8. All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patent and other intellectual property
rights (registered and unregistered) shall remain vested in Roller Pole.


1.9. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer,
download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use
Roller Pole content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any Roller Pole
content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of Roller
Pole content requires the prior written permission of Kylie Just/Roller Pole.


1.10. All Roller Pole online classes are available for non-commercial use only. Roller Pole
reserves the right to refuse orders from businesses that we consider are for
commercial concerns. You may not re-sell or make available to any third party the
online content without the prior written consent of Roller Pole.

 

2. REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

 

2.1. Roller Pole courses/classes are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

2.2. Live classes have a 25 hour cancelation period. Recording will still be shared. There
are no refunds for cancelations.


2.3. Roller Pole reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule a course session at
anytime. Any fees paid will be refunded or may be transferred to a new date in the
event of cancellation.


2.4. For private lessons a 50% cancelation fee applies with less than 24 hours notice.

 

 

DISCLAIMER

I understand and agree that in participating in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury or death. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to me during any Roller Pole session and future Roller Pole classes, workshops, performances, or activities.

 

I also exempt, release, and indemnify Kylie Just, the Just A Discretionary Trust, trading as Roller Pole and it’s beneficiaries, owners, officers, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, injury, or death to me, or property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes or activities conducted by Roller Pole.

 

I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my and/or any rights and that of my heirs and assignees to hold Kylie Just, the Just A Discretionary Trust, trading as Roller Pole and it’s beneficiaries, owners, officers, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students liable for such damage, loss, injury, or death.

 

I understand that I should be aware of my physical limitations and level of fitness and agree not to exceed them. If I am agreeing to this waiver for myself and/or my children, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the right to waive these rights.
